General conditions of use of the So Colored Marketplace

Scope of the general conditions of use (CGU) of the platform

So Colored is an innovative online marketplace bringing together sellers on the one hand and buyers on the other.
Registered members can use the platform to sell and/or buy products or services from other members.
When So Colored acts as an online marketplace, it only limits itself to making a sales platform available to members and is in no way a party to the contracts that members conclude between themselves. In other words, when a member purchases an item or service from another member through www.socolored.com, it is with the seller of the item/the provider of the service that he spends contract.
So Colored itself only sells goods and services in its own stores marked as such. In this case, the general conditions of sale specific to So Colored stores with their conditions apply.

Registration

It is possible to consult, without registering first, the stores or profiles on So Colored website. For other functionalities (e.g. sale, purchase) registration as a member is mandatory.
The registration and acceptance of these T&Cs and the declaration relating to the protection of personal data allow natural and legal persons to join So Colored. Natural persons must be of legal age and capable.
When registering, the member chooses a username and password. The password must be kept secret.

Billing

Registration as a member is free. For sellers, different packages (visible on the home page of the site and subject to change) are offered to them. Payments are regularly invoiced by So Colored at the beginning of each month.
Invoicing is done by e-mail in PDF format, to the member’s electronic address.
Payments from buyers are collected by the platform and transferred to sellers by means of payment that they would have defined beforehand in the parameters of their shops.
