In Naturally Me by Melody’s shop, the owner Melody offers a variety of different products from hair growth serums to facial oils.
As an adult, Melody developed cystic acne that brought along hyperpigmentation. She spent years trying to find a remedy to her condition and it came with a huge price tag.
Some items seemed to work at first, while other products did more damage to her skin. She started her skincare line during her first year of medical school and she developed natural products for a lower cost.
Melody wanted her products to be affordable and as natural as possible. She also wanted to make products that her beautiful melanated brother and sisters can enjoy and find benefit in.
Naturally Me by Melody makes products that promote healthy hair and skin. They want to provide natural products that are not easily found in stores. Unlike some commercially available products that are often composed of harsh and synthetic chemicals that may worsen conditions, their products contain 100% natural ingredients that are responsibly and locally sourced.
ALL their products are vegan, paraben-free, sulfate-free, chemical-free and are NOT tested on animals.
In her facial oils, Melody infuses the oils with Calendula and Chamomile for 16 weeks for potency. Each facial oil is considered a fast absorbing oil that penetrates the skin quickly. Every item contains 75,000 IUs of vitamin E oil to assist the product in absorption.
For her facial soaps, she offers a variety of options as such as sweet orange turmeric, rosemary mint, charcoal tea tree, lavender rose, lavender vanilla and oatmeal lavender. She also offers whipped body butters that are both nourishing and gentle to the skin.
