Hi Tasha, tell us about your business and the products you offer

Soy candles by Tasha llc is a vegan wax candle shop , that also makes rooms sprays and wax melts .

I make home made in Miami, Florida vegan wax candles. I use soy/ coconut wax in all my candles and wax melts . I offer a range from 2 oz to 12 oz candles . That come with flowers toppings or plain. I make wax-melts with flowers or plain .
And I make 2oz room sprays .

Some of the services I provide is whole sale private labeling , Which I make client candles to match their business aesthetic and needs.

New service j provide candle Making classes.

Where came from the idea of founding your business ?

I was doing candles as a hobby for 4 years and thought to my self maybe j should start selling and making a business out them. Plus I wanted to be an entrepreneur and I also wanted to do something I love.

Which aspects of your business do you think as the most important to success (your value)?

Customer service, give the customer a great experience and being attentive to their what they want or need. This has helped with customer retention and word of mouth.

Has Covid-19 had an impact on your business?

Since covid 19 my business hasn’t suffered as much as it has increased for my private labeling services . For my customer to customer sales , covid has stopped me going to vendor pop ups and showcasing my business. I tried to doing a virtual market and it wasn’t the same. Possibly because it was a new concept.
